Fabricom Suez North West have a strong presence in Deeside and we believe the foundation of our company is based on the services we can provide to customers in the local area. The North West is a prime example of this axiom.

A separate team, “The North West Proximity Department”, has been established dedicated to servicing the needs of clients in this area. Services provided include fabrication, construction of pipework and
mechanical equipment, electrical and instrumentation services. We also provide a maintenance service including 24-hour call out, plant shutdowns and overhauls.

Heat Exchanger
Our national heat exchanger division is based at our Janus Neill facility situated at Sandycroft, Flintshire where we have carried out heat exchanger re-tubes, refurbishments and pressure vessel fabrication for a wide variety of blue chip clients over the last 22 years.

Pipe Fabrication
Our North West fabrication shop, based at Sandycroft, has the ability to fabricate pipework in a wide range of material grades using various welding techniques.
Steelwork, pipe supports, vessels, modules and skid units can also be manufactured at our Northwest facility.

Maintenance
Fabricom Suez provide term maintenance and call out services to companies throughout the North West including BOC and Shell. Whether you require a complete maintenance solution or just additional labour to supplement your own team, Fabricom Suez are able to provide.

Plant shutdowns and overhauls
Applying plan and prep procedures developed over the past 25 years, our experienced shutdown team based in the North West have undertaken shutdowns for various blue chip companies, from small plant shutdowns to major overhaul events.

Projects
Fabricom Suez have experience in undertaking projects in a wide variety of Sectors, including petrochemical, pharmaceutical, power, water and food. The North West Project Team will undertake projects up to the value of £750k. Our major projects division would manage projects in excess of this.
