We are extremely proud of our successful apprentice program, we have an intake of around 20 apprentices every year that we train and develop in partnership with the Engineering Construction Industry Training Board (ECIBT).
Due to the specialist skills required in our industry, we recognise the importance of investing in young people to provide them with the skills that we require for our future workforce.

Case study: David East

 
David East, who is now an Assistant Project Engineer at our Immingham facility, began his career with Fabricom in 2004 as an apprentice pipefitter.
David went on to be our ‘apprentice of the year’ in 2006 in the same year that he completed his apprenticeship. He is an excellent example of attainable success through hard work and with the support of training and development from an employer.
