Fabricom Contracting carried out the fabrication and construction of the replacement K304 Switchdeck PAU which formed part of the Coke Drum Replacement project at Conoco’s Humber Refinery. The project involved detailed design of the PAU structure, procurement, fabrication and erection of structural steelwork. Piping fabrication and erection, testing of pipe work systems, installation of mechanical equipment, specialist bolt tightening. As well as electrical and instrumentation procurement and installation, fire protection of the PAU structure, thermal insulation of piping systems and painting of the PAU structure and pipe work
